This is the second time I've come to this location and been disappointed. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup with extra baguettes. The bread tasted old and was cold and the soup had a thick consistency that made me think the soup was not fresh. I couldn't even finish my lunch. I'm not sure that I'll be visiting this location again.

I use their app to place my Rapid Pickup order and just go in and it is ready to go. Once it was not ready due to their computer systems not up and did not print my order. Manager gave me a voucher for a free dozen bagels which was very nice to see a manager do. Most places would have just apologized and sent you on your way. Staff is usually friendly and cooperative. Food is good, nothing to really rave about. I do enjoy the Fiji Apple Salad and the Egg White Avocado Power Sandwich. Parking can sometimes be a hassle when they are busy. Will be back and will definitely use the app to order.

This place needs a good remodel. I ate dinner here a couple nights ago and was very disappointed. They were out of baguettes and the staff was not very friendly. Seems like poor management to me. I wish it was better...

This place is the best! I come here so often it's almost like I'm part of the staff :P Speaking of which, I must say the employees at this location have always been pleasant and apologetic over any mistakes; they really care! I must say, sometimes I'm served by the same staff member 'Evan' and he is the nicest young man I have run into in the food industry in awhile. Overall, good food, great atmosphere, and lovely staff :)

I always love going to Bread Co locations and they are all over the country. The service was very fast and the people were very nice. I would be very likely to come back.

The food I ate was good in the typical Panera style, however I must rate this location with just two stars due to their poor housekeeping and their having a few unprofessional staff. Some of the staff is unfriendly and also slow mentally and not "all there". Some lack assertive attentiveness and proper treatment to customers. One worker actually was bold and knowledgable about things, however. My main issue is that this place is plain grimy. I can't eat in filth and this panera is unbelievably gross. The bathroom was terribly gross and all their floors and the upholstery as well. The climate control isn't up to par either as I felt quite warm and moist in here and I'm cold natured. This is one Yucky Panera

Good food, terrible service. I ordered iced coffee and went I went to fill my cup up from the "iced coffee" pitcher and it was piping hot (practically melting the little plastic cup). I asked the manger if there was another pitcher in the back and she told me "just add ice to my cup" .__. So then I had watery room temp coffee. After repeated asking she finally fixed the problem. I also had more problems with my order and all employees blamed each other for the mistake. However, my everything bagel was delicious!

Panera Breads food is pretty amazing! The French Onion Bread Bowl is worth punching someone in the mouth over its so good! In the morning the Breakfast Power sandwich can really set the tone for the rest of the day, my only complaint is the size of the orange juice they give you, Its just enough to make you wish you had more! Tons of delicious fresh baked pastries for when I want to be fat and a pretty awesome selection of signature salads for when I feel guilty about it!!!

My first visit and I enjoyed it. The sandwich was quite good, free wifi, and not too crowded. I like that!

Panera is one of my stand-by choices when traveling. I've only been to this location for breakfast so I've nothing to say about lunch or dinner. For breakfast the service has been fast and friendly and food fresh and made quickly. The Power Sandwich is a fav...but I usually trash those saved calories on something like a pecan roll :-)

I've always enjoyed my food even though I either order the chipotle chicken and tomato basil soup or the ham and Swiss. They are both delicious. Employees are always kind. Don't forget to get a member card. I've gotten free sodas, pastries and discounts on meals :)

The avocado on our club sandwich was as hard as a rubber ball. The sandwiches were mediocre at best for the high end $8 prices. Not at all what I was expecting. The kids grilled cheese was made from processed cheese and had no flavor what so ever. I will stick to mom and pop sandwich shop this place was well below par...

Finnegan just knew it would happen sooner or later, after all my Daddy and I have been back in the Panama City area (a.k.a. The Redneck Riviera or Lower Alabama) for three months now; and tonight we ran into the first business that tried to refuse entrance to a service dog. And, I should not have been surprised that it was at one of the Panera Bread stores. My Daddy and I have been in at least ten of them now in different locations all over the country and have never been impressed with the quality of their management, employees or food. We rarely, if ever, visit one of them more than once. Tonight, my Daddy and I entered this restaurant with Finnegan's service dog harness on that has lettering on it one inch tall that says "SERVICE DOG". An employee behind the counter said "Dogs are not allowed in here." Thinking that possible my harness was at a bad angle, he turned Finnegan to one of my sides so that he could read the lettering and said to the employee, "This is a service dog". To which the employee again replied, "Dogs are not allowed in here." My Dad walked up close to the counter and then told him, "Let me make myself very clear: You need to go get your manager pronto quick and save this restaurant a $10,000 U.S. Department of Justice complaint and fine before you do anything else whatsoever." A manager named Eric came out immediately and apologized. My Dad showed him my service dog identification so that there would be no doubt whatsoever. My Dad then told him that some A.D.A. (American Disability Act) training was obviously badly needed for this employee--and possibly all the store employees. Eric said that it would be taken care of and apologized. Then a customer that was at the counter came over to my Dad and asked just what this service dog was needed for, to which my Dad said, "That is entirely inappropriate etiquette." Then the customer then said he didn't care anything about etiquette and that maybe Daddy would like to go outside and settle it, to which my Dad said, "It is none of your fxxxxxx business. Maybe you would like to settle it with the Panama City Police since you are assaulting me with a threat." The customer then backed down when he saw my Dad getting his cell phone. All of this was caused because of very poor employee training at this restaurant!!! Tonight, my Daddy ate the chicken almost salad sandwich and chicken noodle soup with ice tea. There were no almonds whatsoever to be found in the chicken salad (he looked) and the chicken noodle soup was fairly watered down. Frankly, you could do better buying a can of Campbell's soup at the grocery store! The employee at the pickup counter demanded that we put the buzzer in a basket in a very snotty tone of voice. The ice tea was also very watered down compared to most in other restaurants. I would say that we are done with Panera Breads, but we're not. I know my Daddy. He will be visiting every one of their stores in the area to test them about their entry and treatment of service dogs. And if they don't handle it in accordance with law, you can bet a U.S. Department of Justice complaint will be filed shortly thereafter. Come on Panera Bread, you are a national company, do the correct employee training in this regard along with the rest of the world and get in compliance!!! Not dog or service dog friendly, though hopefully they will be working on the latter!
